Welcome to another Military Spouse Friday Fill-In hosted by Wife of a Sailor. Here are this week’s questions… 1.What is your favorite household chore? Washing dishes. It’s my time at the end of the day to completely zone out and gaze out my kitchen window.
2.What is your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite memory is a general one: that my job was playing. Hopscotch and jumprope, swing set in the backyard, bike rides to the pool, fireflies and flashlight tag. Ahh, to be a kid again.
3.What is your most embarrassing moment?I hear this question a lot, and I’m never able to answer it. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t get embarrassed very easily, or if it’s because I have a terrible memory. Hmm, I don’t think I have an answer for this one.
4.What uniform of your spouse’s is your favorite?
They’re all my favorites. Could be because I haven’t seen my husband in months, but he looks good in ANY uniform.
5.What canceled TV show do you miss the most?That’s a tie between Seinfeld and Friends. Both classically hilarious sitcoms that have yet to be matched. 
I love doing the dishes too! Whomever the brilliant architect was that put a window over the kitchen sink needs to be thanked!
I also miss Friends…and the Gilmore Girls. I loved that show!
I had trouble remembering an embarrassing moment and wrote something like you did…then I remembered. I think I had tried to block out the memory of my embarrassing moment. Yikes! Please don't read it! It's disgusting and you will never "look" at me the same! LOL!!
Ack – I thought of like 6 embarrassing moments at once!

I think EVERYONE misses Friends 🙂
I think we all had Rachel's haircut on Friends….well, at least I did when I was in highschool.
1. Oy, I loathe dishes and laundry. I suppose if I had to pick one favorite, and I do so begrudgingly, it'd be vacuuming.
2. Childhood Memory? Well, I have one of those sorted childhood tales full of icky, but I'd have to say those moments I spent with my dad, particularly as a teen when we'd have our father/daughter talks while going on walks.
3. Embarrassing Moment? Gosh, I have plenty. Anytime I've put my foot in my mouth is pretty high ranking.
4. I will forever be partial to the ABU's (I still call them BDU's, though). There's just nothing sexier on my man (other than me..*snort*)
5. Hmm, not sure. I really liked the cartoon series Avatar. I just watched it and was sad that it ended. As far as grown up shows go, I'd pick Firefly, definitely.
I'm with Swati on that one. So many embarrassing moments that I will never, ever tell.
So sorry to be remiss on commenting but I am still here reading, just crazy busy with children this summer. Aren't we all?
ughh I hate doing dishes! It always takes so long and i especially loathe cleaning up the kitchen after making a big meal or dessert! But I have to agree with you about Friends, my family was and still is crazy about that show! 🙂
